Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund and Billing Policy governs all payments made for access to paid plans, subscriptions, or services provided by Mault, Inc. (“Mault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Mault.ai (the “Services”).
This policy applies to all users unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Subscriptions
Mault offers subscription-based access to its Services. Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
All subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, users will not be charged until the trial period ends.
To avoid charges, users must cancel their subscription before the trial expiration date. Failure to cancel before the trial ends will result in automatic billing for the selected plan.
Refunds
Except where required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
Refunds may be issued solely at Mault’s discretion in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors caused by Mault
- Verified inability to access the Services due to a technical fault on Mault’s side
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the charge date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or applicable billing portal.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals
- Cancellation does not result in a refund or credit for any unused portion of the current billing period
- Access to the Services will continue until the end of the current paid period
Plan Changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable.
Downgrades or plan reductions take effect at the next billing cycle and do not result in partial refunds or credits.
Pricing Changes
Mault may modify subscription pricing at any time.
Where required by law, users will receive advance notice of pricing changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Taxes & Fees
All prices listed on the Mault website are inclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar transaction-based taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Mault, Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation with operations based in Florida. Where required by law, applicable taxes are included in the listed price of Mault’s products and services based on the customer’s jurisdiction and prevailing tax regulations.
Customers will not be charged additional sales-based taxes at checkout unless expressly disclosed prior to purchase.
Customers remain responsible for any non–sales-based taxes, duties, or governmental charges imposed by their local jurisdiction that are not required to be collected by Mault.
Mault reserves the right to update its tax treatment and billing practices as tax laws, regulations, or nexus requirements change.
